Our Programmes
We aim to develop a lasting legacy platform for knowledge production and sharing, learning and leadership development in Africa. Our current scope of programming includes these project areas:
Chronicling H.E. Mwalimu Julius Nyerere's Legacy
The anti-colonial activist, the politician, the unifier, and the theorist. Discover H.E. Mwalimu Julius Nyerere’s journey and how it has impacted many.
“Nyerere’s qualities contributed to the victory of all African freedom fighters ”
– HE Yoweri Museveni
"Unity will not make us rich, but it can make it difficult for Africa and the African peoples to be disregarded and humiliated. And it will, therefore, increase the effectiveness of the decisions we make and try to implement for our development.
My generation led Africa to political freedom. The current generation of leaders and peoples of Africa must pick up the flickering torch of African freedom, refuel it with their enthusiasm and determination, and carry it forward"
H.E. Mwalimu Julius Nyerere
