Sustainable partnerships with governments, philanthropic foundations, academic institutions and civil society organisations are key to shinning a light on Makerere University‘s past achievements and its immense potential in research and training.

Muwanga sits on Codesria’s Scientific Committee which is the primary vehicle for social research agenda. This network is likely to be an effective vehicle for understanding research trends and needs specifically in Africa.
