Julius Nyerere Leadership Centre (JNLC) in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), invites youth interested in leadership at all levels to apply for a three-day leadership training programme scheduled to take place in Fort Portal, Western Uganda.

Eligibility:

1. East African Young Women and Youth aged 18–30 years
2. Local Council Leaders
3. Be a resident in Western Uganda in Rwenzori and Bunyoro regions
4. Be interested in leadership or actively engaged in leadership, business, or local enterprise

Venue: Fort Portal City, Uganda
Duration: 3 Days Proposed
Dates: 4th – 6th December 2025
Participants: 70 Students & Local Councilors Organized by: Julius Nyerere Leadership Centre (JNLC) and UNDP Uganda
