The 5th East African Student Leaders Conference

THEME: Tomorrow’s leaders begin today: University and college student leadership as the breeding ground for national leadership The four-day Conference will focus on the University as a hub of national leadership under the theme “Tomorrow’s leaders begin today: University and college student leadership as the breeding ground for national leadership.”

The Global Students Integrity Centre (GSIC) in conjunction with the East African Deans of Students Forum (EADOSF) organized this conference to instill the culture of integrity as a fundamental value in redefining student leadership and systemic growth in institutions to reshape and prepare the young leaders to secure the posterity of their respective countries, and the cohesion and political stability of the region

Mr. Alionzi Lawrence, 88th Guild President Makerere University, in a Student Leader’s group assignment on how to mitigate unrests and peacefully resolve conflicts through negotiations and meaningful dialogues in Universities in EastAfrica.
