The  writing of this book was influenced by President John Pombe Magufuli’s speech which he delivered at a ceremony held on November 12th 2019, for the inauguration of former president Benjamin Mkapa’s autobiography; which means the written account of his own life and experience as president of the United  Republic of Tanzania( 1995 to 2005 ), titled, “My Life, My Purpose: A Former President Remembers.”
