Africa is the a continent which is blessed with enormous resources, both human and materials. it is indeed one of the richest continents in the world. yet it has the poorest people. why this anomaly or contradiction? it is generally assumed that this is due to the deficit in governance and more specifically in many cases the paucity and actions aimed at improving a lot of their people , engage in self enrichment of all begotten wealth.
