The Annual State of Constitutionalism in East Africa 2015 examines the performance of East African countries in good governance and constitutionalism in 2015. The volume focuses on the recessive trends of constitutionalism which affect all the countries in the region. The contributors argue that there were losses of past gains in democracy and the rule of law in 2015 in the region.
