We are deeply gratified that many of you have participated in one or more of our leadership training initiatives, including Peace and Security training and Conversations, the UNDP–JNLC Leadership Programmes, or the Induction Sessions conducted at different Universities across Uganda. Each of these encounters was designed with the conviction that leadership is not merely a title, but a lifelong journey of responsibility, service, and growth.

We are pleased to invite you to take part in a brief survey. Its purpose is to help us understand how you have navigated your leadership paths since these formative experiences. Such follow-up is of great importance, for it enables us to refine our work and to remain connected with the trajectories of those we have had the privilege to train.
